The City of Pasadena recommends prospective developers and permit applicants schedule a pre-development meeting with the Engineering Department at (713) 475-7835 or engineering@pasadenatx.gov with staff members involved in the plan review process. This invitation affords the convenience of meeting with several City Departments at one time to address all planning and development related inquiries. The Planning Department specifically reviews plans for compliance with requirements and regulations governing land use, site development and land subdivision.
