The City of Pasadena holds public auctions for the sale of surplus City, abandoned, and confiscated vehicles at the City’s Maintenance Services Facility:

Registration
- You may self register online.
- Select "New User? Register Here!"
- Under the "Select ID Type", select "Drivers License," enter your information, and then submit it. Then complete the rest of the information.
- You may also click on the linked date below under Upcoming Auctions for a list of vehicles that will be available for bidding.
All purchasers are required to have a bidder’s number to bid. Purchasers must present identification and give their correct name, address, and phone number to obtain a bidder’s number.

Vehicle list will be posted 14 days prior to auction dates. Vehicles may be viewed on the day before each auction from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the morning of the auction from 7 to 9 a.m. Registration begins at 7 a.m. the morning of the auction. Auction begins at 9 a.m. sharp.
Payments
A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final purchase price. The City accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards only, no checks.
