Lateral entry candidates starting salary depending on completed years of service, minimum of three years maximum of five as recognized by the Chief of Police.
15 days vacation per year - starting - 10th year of service, 20 days 11th - 20th year of service, 25 days from 21st - 25th years of service, and 30 days from the 26th year of service and on.
